This continuity of care ensures the patients’ individual case is managed according to their specific needs, which means our physical therapist only provides intervention based on careful judgments about diagnosis and prognosis, as well as recommendations from your referring Pinehurst Surgical physician.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule your physical therapy appointment, please notify us no later than 24 hours in advance.

 

Cost

Pinehurst Surgical will file directly with most insurance and managed care health plans on a monthly basis. The patient is responsible for applicable copayment, deductible and non-covered amounts, and financial arrangements will be made at your first visit. We gladly accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

 

Clothing

Wear loose-fitting clothing comfortable for exercise, including tennis shoes.
